In Praise of Prunes
Okay, I do like something sweet at the end of the day. I find myself walking into the kitchen jonesing for something sweet, some little treat to take the edge off the end of my day. A treat isn't a bad thing. But it's not a treat if I eat it every day. So, for my daily sweet ending I eat 6 prunes. Organic ones, local if I can get them. They are sweet and delicious. And the craving disappears. And it helps my digestion. And I am a happy girl!
Celebrate Your Body
You have this one body to live this life. It is your most precious gift. Take good care of it. Stop abusing it. Celebrate it.
